Human Affects
In the Temperate Deciduous Forest humans harvest for wood, timber, and charcoal. Humans hunt for deer, and other animals. In the temperate deciduous forest there are many threats. One threat is air pollutants. The air pollutants are killing the wildlife and poisioning soil. Another threat is acid rain. The acid rain has damaged leaves and decreased production of fruit from the trees. In order to create a sustainable future for my ecosystem it is essential to make sure that you reduce the amount of threats in the ecosystem and to make sure that the species of the ecosystem are healthy. The Environmental Impact Statement is important for decision making. It describes positive and negative affects on the environment.
